Location of Center (as of 4:00 a.m.) :360 km West of Dagupan City

Coordinates: 18.7°N, 116.9°E

Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the centerand gustiness of up to 80 kph

Movement: North Northwest at 19 kph.

Forecast Positions/Outlook:
Saturday morning:365 km West of Taiwan

No Public Storm Warning Signals Raised
