Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao including Palawan.

Forecast:
Visayas and Mindanao including Palawan will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the east and southeast with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
