Synopsis: At 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Depression "LABUYO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 800 kms East of Northern Luzon (18.4°N, 132.6°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center it is forecast to move West slowly.
Forecast: Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience monsoon rains. The rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
