Tropical Storm "FERIA" has slowed down after crossing Masbate and is now moving towards Batangas - Mindoro area.
Location of Center (as of 4:00 a.m.):40 km East Northeast of Romblon
Coordinates: 12.7°N, 122.6°E
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center andGustiness of up to 90 kph
Movement: Northwest at 19 kph.
