Weather Update Dissemination for Bacolod City

Synopsis:
At 2:00 AM today, a Shallow Low Pressure Area (SLPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 230 kms West Northwest of Iba Zambales or 250 kms West of Dagupan City (16.3°N, 117.7°E).

Forecast:
Central Luzon and Western section of Southern Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest and southeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the east and southeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
