Typhoon "EMONG" has weakened into a tropical storm after crossing the mountainous terrain of Northern Luzon and is now off the coast of Isabela.
Location of Center:(as of 4:00 a.m.) 110 kms East of Tuguegarao City or 150 kms Southeast of Aparri, Cagayan
Coordinates: 17.6°N, 122.8°E
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph
Movement: Northeast at 15 kph.
