Synopsis:
At 2 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 680 kms Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (23.4°N, 127.1°E). Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.

Forecast:
Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast and east over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
