Tropical Depression "ONDOY" has maintained its strength as it moves in the general direction of Central and Northern Luzon.
Location of Center:(as of 4:00 a.m.) 440 kms East Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora or240 kms East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes
Coordinates: 15.0°N, 126.7°E
Strength: Maximum winds of 55 kph near center
Movement: West Northwest at 11 kph
Forecast Positions/Outlook:
Saturday morning:190 kms East Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora
Sunday morning:80 kms East of Baguio City
Monday morning:160 kms West of Vigan City

Aurora, Isabela, Quezon, Polilio Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes
This disturbance is expected to enhance the Southwest Monsoon and bring occasional rains over Southern Luzon and Visayas. Residents in low lying areas and near mountain slopes are advised to take all the necessary precautionary measures against possible flashfloods and landslides.

The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 11 A.M. today.
