Forecast:
Palawan and Western Visayas will experience monsoon rains which may trigger flashfoods and landslides over Palawan while Mindanao, the rest of Southern Luzon and the rest of Visayas will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Southern Luzon and Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Mindanao and coming from the northeast and southeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
