Tail-end of a cold front affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
Forecast:
Southern Luzon and the western section of Central Luzon and Visayas will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms, while Mindanao including Palawan will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northwest and southwest will prevail over Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest and southeast will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
